Hey, everybody. It's Andrew with ASIC Miners US here again to talk to you about our buying process. Now, these are questions I get a lot of. Okay? They're always wondering, are we a legitimate website? Obviously we are. We're still here. No bad reviews. Everything is still going well. We accept credit cards. We accept Amazon pay. We obviously accept crypto and we obviously accept wire transfers as well. But still we get a ton of questions, tons of questions. What's the process? How does it work? What is this? What is that? So I thought I'd make a video to try to make things a little bit easier and try to answer some of those questions. 1. payment methods. We just went over all of those, first time buyers This part is simple, buy with a credit card. If you are worried, just buy with the credit card you have up to 12 months in some instances to dispute a charge if you don't receive it. Obviously this is the most protected way to do it. You're going to pay a premium. There's an upcharge for it. We have to pay a lot in credit card fees. So that's why there's a difference between the two. The same goes with Amazon pay. Amazon pay works the exact same way. There's fees associated with using that payment method. So obviously we have to charge accordingly. Those two ways are going to protect you. Not that we have any need for protection, but wire transfer is always there. Crypto payments are always there. Now the next question we often get is how long is it going to take for me to get my order? An obvious question right. Obviously, the answer to the question is not that simple. Okay? depending on how you pay for your order, depends on how long it will take to ship to you. Now, if you send me crypto, that's easy. That gets here within what, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, depending on what you send. Bitcoin, ETH, USDT takes like 3 seconds it seems like these days. Kadenas very fast. We accept all the cryptocurrencies. So obviously if you want to lock in your order today, bring us crypto. We will get it ordered today. The next method wire transfer. Wire transfer takes anywhere between a couple of hours and overnight or even up to three days. Obviously, depending on how your bank works or the option you select with your bank will determine how quickly we receive the money. We aren't going to ship you your order until guess what? We receive your money. I think that's pretty obvious right? The last method credit and Amazon payment methods. Those are different. And this is the part that people need to understand. We aren't going to place your order until we have received your funds. If you pay with a credit card on a Friday night, we don't receive those funds until Tuesday. That's just how Stripe, our payment processor. As you all know, Stripe is one of the largest in the world, works. We cannot help this. We cannot make this go faster. So sometimes we have to deal with pricing changes and that is just a fact of life. That is just a fact of business. If in the three days it takes for your credit card payment due process, the price goes way up and we have not paid for your order. We cannot lock in your machine. Therefore, the price changes. Oftentimes people get upset. They expect us to hold the price. The problem is, is when it comes to the customers, they don't understand that we have to receive the money in order to make the order valid. Now, the simple question is that we get, okay, well, why don't you pay for my order? I paid with the credit card. You have to think about that. And I ask you to consider that. How many orders do you think we receive over a weekend? And how many hundreds of thousands of dollars do you think that we should be putting out on our customer's behalf? Well, as the CEO of the company, my answer to that is zero. If we do that every time and mistakes start to happen, we are on the hook financially for that. We cannot do this as a company. We have to make smart business decisions. And the smartest business decision is to wait until your funds clear. When your funds cleared, we will place your order and you will get it. Just as we discussed. Now, after you place your order with us, the obvious thing that needs to happen is that your order needs to ship. We ship using three carriers, three carriers, only DHL, FedEx, UPS. We almost always go with the quickest shipping option, not the cheapest shipping option. The quickest shipping option. As we know, you are entrusting us with thousands of dollars and we want to get you your order right away. So we use the quickest shipping method possible. Now, sometimes customers ask us, Hey, I don't want to be responsible for the order until I get it and I want to know this thing is going to work. Prior to arriving to us, I it freaks me out. I'm getting something from China. I've not done this before. Okay, that's not a problem. What we will do in that instance is we will bring your order into our warehouse in North Carolina and they will inspect it. They will hook it up. They will make sure that it operates. They can even send you a video if that's what you want to do. We just ask that you pay for the additional shipping costs that we are going to incur. That's it. It's about $100, $100 worth of peace of mind is worth a lot. Now, the next question we get a lot is how long does it take to receive my order? If we ship your order on a monday, you will generally receive that order by Friday of that same week. Now, do we control the shipping lanes? No, we do not. Or do I run FedEx? No, I do not. So we are at their mercy. So we ask for your patience. But we can promise you this. You will receive your order when you place your order with us.
